2. The main course: Grilled stuffed pumpkin:

One of the dish's advantages is that you may add whatever you want to it—meat, rice, chicken, etc. Use your creativity to make this delectable dish. Ingredients in it are:

1 squash, sliced into slices or whole, with less pulp
Rice, ground pork, or chicken breast can be used as filler.
One onion
Olive oil
Cheese grated
Salt
Celery
Milk
Leeks
Cumin
Nutmeg

Add the pumpkin to the pot along with the chopped celery and leeks for a fast broth (you may boil the rice in it straight if you're using it). Cook chicken or beef with onions sautéed. When everything is prepared, pour milk and grated cheese into the pumpkin. The oven has been our home till it melts. Cumin and nutmeg are seasonings.

3. Dessert: Pumpkin pie:

Did you really think that squash was only for savory recipes? Then, as is the case with this cake, it is utilized mainly for sweet dishes in many nations. The ingredients are:

To prepare the oatcakes:

Combine 250 grams of flour, 1 tablespoon of yeast, 100 cm3 of milk, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and 100 cm3 of olive oil (if desired).

For the cream:

Two hundred grams of pumpkin
100 grams of sugar,
30 grams of flour,
200 cm3 of milk
2 eggs
Cinnamon
Lemon zest

A teaspoon of sugar, a tablespoon of rum, and a tablespoon of water are used for covering.
Berries, apples, pears, peaches, or any other fruit that comes to mind (some people even use almonds or hazelnuts).
The ingredients for the oatcakes are combined, and they are cooked for 30 minutes, or until they start to brown. For the cream, bring the milk to a boil with the grated lemon and cinnamon. Next, add the cooked squash and combine using a mixer. Mix the flour, sugar, and eggs to create a paste or cream. Pour in the milk and heat it until it begins to boil. To ensure covering, slice the fruit, combine it with water, sugar, and rum, and boil it for five minutes to create a syrup. After allowing it to cool, arrange the oatcakes with the pumpkin cream already within.
Try this delicious, simple, and ideal dish. We will be very grateful for your feedback.
