However, we sometimes forget to take care of them and do not give them the attention they require. You can have incredibly lovely soft, rejuvenated and hydrated hands in no time. In a blender, grind the oats and combine them with the remaining ingredients. Apply to moist hands and leave for 20 minutes, hands relaxed. After rinsing with warm water, use a moisturising cream.
